I love their chicken when it's fresh and ready to go. Recently every time I go they don't have any legs ready and they make you wait. Which I don't mind waiting because usually my whole family only eats legs so 8 leg order can take a while, I guess.. but today I went and we ordered only 2 legs and AGAIN it was a 15 min wait at 2pm. Like come on, you literally are a fried chicken restaurant and you don't have 2 regular chicken legs ready??

The manager Renee is always so friendly and helpful! I never have issues with my order and her staff is always so nice! Best Popeyes restaurant I have ever been to! Definitely recommend!

We've visited this Popeyes a few times and they're the best I've been to. Never out of chicken, always fast and the food is always hot and fresh. Had a few bad experiences at other Popeye's, but this one's legit.Food: 5/5

Had the best customer service I ever had  anywhere! Food was a little cold called and the manager Charlotte fixed it with out a problem. People usually only leave bad reviews so I figured I leave a good one. Thank you  Popeyes 1488 I’ll be back soon

I just bought a 10 piece chicken and it’s very dry. Highly disappointed. There was 8 wings and two breasts in the box, disgusting. It tastes like the chicken already had been cooked and sitting there for hours.

Mashed potatoes are disgusting had to swap them out for red beans and rice which really wasn’t much better. Chicken so greasy it made me sick. Still playing Santa Claus is coming to town and Frosty the Snowman on January 9th lol.  I won’t be back!

Charlotte went above and beyond for us and truly showed genuine care. Half our order was messing when we ordered Uber eats don’t know if the restaurant forgot the food or if the driver took our food. I called up to the store frustrated and charlotte asked if it was okay for us to come pick up our messing items. Upon arrive she informed my husband that she went ahead and remade our entire order so that we could enjoy the hot meal we were originally expecting. Honestly made us extremely happy. Thank you Charlotte

Some of their workers don't use gloves i saw one of them packing my own spicy chicken sandwich. They don't use gloves

Their registers were down,  due to no internet connection.  Offered to pay by cash.  Worker said that no one knew how to figure the tax, so they would not be able to serve anything.  I showed them on my phone and he said, "I don't get paid enough to do that, I rather throw the food out!"Service: 1/5
