I was literally waiting for 10 minutes in the front for someone to take my order and no one ever came. Then as soon as start walking out they say a smart comment in spanish. Then they take an older ladies order that was behind me right away. So I walk back in and informed them I was waiting for a long time. And she acted like she didn’t understand me. Worst customer service. Miserable people. If you don’t like your job, find another one. The ladies in this picture and the man are so rude.

This location has gone in the dumps. Absolutely horrible service. On top of me having to ask to be attended to after waiting close to 10 minutes, I had to correct the employee on my order 3 times. Then they can’t even accept a $100 bill on a $50 order lol. No wonder the place was absolutely empty. I told them hold on as I went to my car to grab my wallet to pay with card which took like 10 seconds. They had already cleared out my order to attend to someone on the phone. Ridiculous. Get it together! I will not be coming back!

I was very happy with my visit today. 1/17 around 4 pm. I went to the wing stop by the Puente Hills mall and they sucked. I tried this place and it was way better. Service was good, the food was good and tables were clean.Food: 5/5

Honestly probably one of the worst wing stops ever. I placed an hour 3 and a half hours ago through door dash and so my first dasher cancelled and my second one let me know they were short staff but not paying attention to anyone. I ordered 6 piece wings, and some fries. I wonder if there’s even a manager at this location lol super dissatisfied and I can’t believe it’s was taking that long for such a small order I had to cancel it and  I definitely won’t be ordering from here again

Visited today 8/22/20. I order a 15 piece. 8 Hawaiian and 7 plain with an extra ranch. I pick up the order check to make sure the wings are all there and the ranch. All good. Head home to eat with my daughter and one of the ranch containers is half empty. I head back and tell them . Wow. She gives me an extra ranch but now I've had my wings for 30 minutes and they are cold. Excellent service.

Raw food. & then i show proof and they say they cant give me a refund or anything??? Lol what a joke. Waste of my time and money.

This the local Wing stop co workers and I go to but we usually order our wings online & pick them up. They always come out good and on time when we go pick them up and never had a complaint with the wings. The staff is always helpful & always quick to help us when we walk in.

Place actually use to be decent but has steeply dropped in quality over the past year or so. Chicken is mostly overcooked and dry, and sizes of some of the wings are laughable. I mean look at these "boneless wings" compared to a regular drum! Definitely not worth a dollar for each of those "wings." Go literally anywhere else and you'll probably find better experience and quality.

Worst service ever. Employees messing around and fighting, ordered my food at 4:45 and its already 5:50pm amd they informed me at 5:45pm that they just started my order. I've seen at least 10 people walk in & out already & ordered in advance. Where are the mangers? There is no type of organization in this store ever.

Order on phone for grandkids. Went to pick up order. Got home. Order not mines. All bad.  This manager should check orders before giving them to customers. It’s a waste of time to go back and get the order correct. Two hours this day to get wings. And fries. Super Mad.
