Ordered 3 pieces chicken combo included 1 biscuit and came home with only 2 pieces and fries.. no biscuit. The cashier didn’t even asked if I want it mild or spicy and gave me spicy.. I can’t eat spicy. Do the workers expect customers to check their own orders..?! Busy or not, plz double check it before calling out the orders..
This Church’s Texas Chicken location was the first time I tried this chain and it was so good when it first opened - easily 5 stars! Unfortunately my recent visits weren’t the greatest experience, but I still gave them multiple chances. The last few times, the chicken was dryer than usual or the fries were harder than usual, however still edible, just didn’t taste fresh. I would still come back if I was having a craving for Church’s but wished they maintained the quality from when they first opened.
This is honestly one of th best church's you can hit up. The biscuits and sandwiches are always super fresh. They never disappoint . The staff is super friendly and are always in a nice mood. I usually order ahead so I don't have to wait but even when I do have to wait it's worth it because your food is going to be as fresh as it gets. Highly recommend!
Ordered the two piece combo and box opens up to tiny two wings special and a paltry amount of fries. Nice. There were also much larger pieces of chicken on the rack but the server just had to pick what probably were the smallest ones.
Got the $7.59 deal today - 2 pieces of chicken, 1 side, and 1 scone. The jalapeño bombers were such a highlight of the meal! The staff Sun was very patient explaining the new special deals to me. Kid-friendliness: Fried Food.
For $7.59, it's pretty good! A leg, a thigh, a biscuit, and fries. Biscuit is glazed with honey, top tier. Chicken was not as salty as others, but sometimes they have stale pieces. Fries were divine!
3.5 * The customer service was great. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful when I was indecisive on what I wanted. She suggested the Mexicana sandwich which I ended up getting. I was told the wait would be 5 minutes but it was 15 minutes. The sandwich was tasty and filling. The biscuits were yummy, I liked that it was sweet. The mashed potatoes though tasted like plastic and I couldn’t eat them. When I informed the lady at the counter that I did not enjoy the potatoes she did offer me something in replacement. Overall, I’d go back and try new menu items.
I recently visited this restaurant with my family, hoping to enjoy a meal together. We ordered two burgers for our kids and requested if they could be cut in half for easier handling. Unfortunately, the staff informed us that they couldn't accommodate this request due to a policy set by their manager. When I inquired about discussing this with the manager, I was told that they were not available at the time. While I understand that restaurants have policies, I was a bit disappointed with the inflexibility, especially as this was a small request aimed at making the meal more kid-friendly. It would be great if the restaurant could consider being more accommodating to such requests in the future, as it would greatly enhance the dining experience for families with young children.
Juicy and scrumptious chicken! Every experience I had with them was amazing. Depending on the time of day, there's usually little to no wait. When I do have to wait, that's when they make a fresh batch of chicken and they were always finger-licking good! Huge fan of their gravy and mash potatoes.Food: 5/5
