Ordered 2 sides of large fries and a large ranch today because we absolutely love their fries normally. We ordered them extra well done so they'd be crispy. However, when arriving at the restaurant to pick up our order we realized they were really busy. We got home and our fries were super soggy, flimsy, and some of them the potato inside the fries was still rock hard as if they hadn't been cooked all the way. Extremely disappointed.

By far this is the best Wing Stop I've ever been too. And i love Wing Stops, Management and customer service was perfect. I will always stop here coming through Kansas city. Thank you for treating me well.

Terrible customer service on my FIRST ever visit.  I watched these kids make food and every single one of them was stuffing thier face with food and drink. I watched the manager use tongs to remove some food from a bucket with water but shoved his whole naked hand into the food bucket. Then wiped his hands on his pants then started messing with the out going food cart which was disgusting and full of rust.  Then they said they called my name and my food has been sitting for a while. They blamed me for going outside when I was up front waiting patiently the whole time. I waited by the front counter just staring at workers waiting on my food and the girl at the front counter ignored me. She was too busy playing on her phone. I will never go to a wing stop again.

Great wing options. Fast service and you can order ahead online.
