I gave it one star beacuse you can't give zero! The service today was HORRIBLE. There was three cashiers and 3 cooks, yet the cashiers were more interested in closing one of the POS terminals down ONE HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED, insted of trying to service the people in line. They didn't seem to care that people were irritated. I work in a restaurant, and i know people are FIRST. I always try to be understanding when a restaurant is busy and service is slow, but today was ridiculous. THE EMPLOYEES DIDN'T  CARE!  At one point 2 of the girls left and locked themselves n the office while on of the lines kept growing! People are paying $11+ for a plate and they get treated like they are interrupting the employees time.  2 of cooks were in the back messing around while only ONE COOk TRYED TO SERIOUSLY . WHAT THE HELL Panda Express. Your mission statement and goals are plastered all over your restaurant but your employees make those goals look foolish. WOF should keep an eye on this location.  They make your park look bad.

Oh and my rice was WAY UNDER COOKED. Blah!

Terrible customer service, rude staff and watered down sodas.  Food quality is poor unlike the stand alone restaurants.  They gave me the wrong order and argued with me and basically accused me of lying.  Had to argue with them for 5 min and get angry before they would give me the correct order.  Unbelievable!

Most disgusting meal I've had in a while. Noodles and rice were crunchy, teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce. I went to go get some more sauce and the workers were rude and said they didn't have any. Can't believe I spent $29 on two meals. Unacceptable

Very unfriendly staff and not patient or helpful at all. Food isn't as good as the stand alone stores are :(
