You people have no respect for the road. You stop on a roadway, the main route thru town, the truck route, and don't give a shyte bout holding us up. How would you like your trains stop for basic disrespect. Quit blocking roadways, major routes especially, for smoke breaks. If you can't clear roadways then disconnect an open the roads. Give respect!!!

You actually should plan to go early (like you're supposed to) because the ticket machine might jam and then it's frustrating for everyone.

We have traveled by Amtrak and by air. Amtrak is far better way to travel. You can get up, walk around, eat in dining car, sit in observation car. On an airplane you are belted in the entire time. No getting up at all. Checking in at airport is a hassle with security with Amtrak you purchase tickets and check in at station, board the train and that's it.

Nice little station, and staff were very friendly and helpful! Trains are usually late, but it's way more comfortable than flying.
