Ate at the bar with with my wife during Happy Hour and was very pleased with the service that the bartender provided us, but came back the next day and ate on the restaurant side and was not pleased with the lack of service that we got.  Food was pricey, but good though.  Probably the best burger (and thickest) I've had in a while.

Surprisingly limited section of beers (especially craft) on tap given the name of the restaurant. The menu had enough variety to meet the needs of everyone in our party. Good spot to stop to catch a game.

We have visited the Kalahari Resort for the past 10 years.  Over Columbus weekend, we went for a quick one night stay.  After searching around, we decided to give the Brew Pub a try for dinner.  It was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.  We were seated quickly enough but for the next 30 minutes or so, we became completely invisible to waitresses and staff.  Everyone walked past us as if we didn't exist.  I tried to grab their attention but they would pretend not to hear.  Finally, the manager came out,  asked if we had been helped and proceeded to take our order.  She was friendly enough.  When our food arrived, it was served by one of the waitresses that had walked past us for 30 minutes beforehand.  ( I have been a waitress before and realize that you are assigned your own tables but that doesn't stop you for acknowledging people and telling them that their server will arrive shortly or they will find someone for us!)  After placing our food on the table, I asked if we could have silverware and it was like I had asked her for some unheard of request.  She abruptly turned around, grabbed some off of another table and kind of tossed it onto our table without a word.  The lettuce in my salad was brown and tasted like they had poured pure vinegar over it.  My kids' food was good and looked like it had been sitting for a long time.  Luckily, my husband's meatloaf was a success.  He was the only person out of six of us, that enjoyed their meal.  The manager eventually came back and took my meal off of our ticket but the whole meal was a complete disappointment to us.

Great service! Fun comfortable atmosphere. Lots of good beer on tap. fantastic burgers & Meatloaf.
