Sprecher's Restaurant & Pub is locally owned and operated with a commitment to using the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients in our scratch kitchen. Both entrees were delicious....but I'm here to tell you about the Brat Fries from the appetizer menu.  They are NOT french fries....they are battered and fried, french fry-shaped slices of real bratwurst..... If you want a little taste of heaven- get those.  They are delicious on their own, but that beer mustard dipping sauce that comes with it?  It is the things sweet dreams are made of.  I would make the 2.5 hour drive just to drink a glass of that sauce.  I highly recommend them!!

So refreshing to have such competent, attentive, and engaging staff. Had an old-fashioned fish fry. Food was amazing (could have used a 2 piece option, portion was extremely generous), and Seth made amazing old-fashioneds (he was also very knowledgeable about their beers, and the men appreciated that!). Enjoyed the atmosphere at the bar so much, we stayed there to eat dinner. Cannot wait to go back. Bravo to the kitchen and bar staff for making it such an enjoyable dinner.

Our family with 3 young children have eaten here a couple times when visiting the Dells. It quickly became a Dells favorite! All of the food has been great! Love the burgers and my husband loves the reuben! Their craft sodas are our favorite! They have a few on tap as well as their beers! Very family friendly. We love it!

Madison is one of the best servers I've had in a long while. Offered delicious selections from the menu, schooled us on the history of Sprecher's and had a smile on her face with every table she interacted with.
Food was delicious and quick to the table.
Staff was friendly and prompt.
Would recommend to anyone visiting the Dell's.

We had one of the BEST waitresses that I've had in a LONG time.  The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great food too (Had their fish fry).
