Story

At W.L. Construction, we take pride in building new homes and transforming homes and businesses for customers who are content with their neighborhoods but in search of new ways to inhabit old spaces. As a general contracting company, bringing 1880's farm houses into the 21st century; updating downtown facades; reconfiguring walls, doors, and windows to bring a garden into full view; doing kitchen remodels or vaulting the living room ceiling with a bank of skylights is all in a day’s work.

New Construction: Creating new places to live and work is tremendously satisfying and we thrive on sharing that with you. We encourage our clients to include us from the planning stage through completion. As a strategic "team" – the client, the architect and W.L. Construction develop a synchronistic relationship that can produce the most amazing results. And with that said, we are also brought into projects after the initial design stages have been developed and the outcome can be a work of art! Our crew is made up of true craftsmen and their talent and specialties allow us to handily build anything the team designs.
