Story

We reopened the Wildfire Grill Dec 12th, 2008. Opening a restaurant in the beginning of winter during a recession when the 8th Street bridges were closed is pretty crazy, but as everyone knows, in this industry you have to be a little crazy.
When Lori & I talked about opening the Wildfire, it was like everything made sense. Going to work every day isn't like going to a regular job. It's more like coming home and inviting people over for a dinner party, and that's our invitation to the customers. Come in, have a good time, and enjoy some great food. Inside, we have 7 comfy booths with a great view of our wood oven and the lively kitchen staff, and an intimate private room that seats up to 12. Our outdoor seating consists of 12 tables and 2 blue glass filled fire pits.
We have wine by the glass and bottle and a good beer selection with 5 draft taps. We also sell Wine to go!
Our staff consists of Andrea, Cami, Amanda, Elizabeth, Emily, Adam, Josh, Brannan, & Brandy. We have a lot of help from friends & family too!
