Love this place!  One-of-a-kind pieces. Quality workmanship. I highly recommend this place. I just  bought a beautiful coffee table. I purchased a walnut slab, live edge dining table. After approximately three months lead time (as agreed upon when I purchased it), I received word that it was complete. Scott sent me photos and it was indeed quite a nice table. However, when I enquired of its dimensions, it came up two inches narrower than required. With astonishing speed (two weeks) a new table top was fabricated and I was being called by Fedex Freight  to arrange delivery. 

It was very well crated and the entire thing wrapped in plastic when it arrived. I uncrated it and brought it into my home with the help of neighbor friends.  We left the protective wrapping on the table top as a precaution. These tables are extraordinarily heavy. 

Soon after setting it up and unwrapping it I noticed two dings in the surface and noticeable voids and a raised edge along the length of the joined planks. I was surprised as this is NOT inexpensive furniture. I own a good deal of custom made furniture and this was the first time I'd seen such a thing. I contacted Scott immediately by email and shortly I received this response back: 

"Hello Mr. Griffith, We handle our pieces very carefully so I am not sure at what point the dents may have occurred. Voids between the planks of the table are typical. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you and have a good day," 

I recognized this response for what it was and I'm sure you do too. I put place mats over the two dents and perhaps at some point I'll hire a craftsman to fill the voids, resand and seal the surface. Life's too short. Caveat emptor.

We found this place online and traveled from CT to visit.  The people were extremely helpful and patient and answered every question.  They helped us pick out three pieces and arranged to have them shipped to our home.  Great experience.
