1 star for the ready made frig. bouquet.  The interior of this place is just as bad if not worse than the exterior. Watch your step trying to get to the door. In a phrase, moderately terrifying.  Obviously, dust, dirt mold, and cobwebs, blackening bananas and canned foods piled haphazardly along the goat path to the counter are the decor standard the dried grounds in a dirty coffee cup next to the register adds a creepy touch..   Disgustingly filthy. A hoarder's paradise. Total health and safety violation extravaganza.  Absolutely without dignity or decency.  Shameful gruesome pig sty.    Two ghouls lurking inside looked like a mom/son weirdo couple. 
 Ultra low end, zero professionalism, scary place.  Never again.

No Attention To Detail:  Delivery arrived with a Birthday balloon, when I specified it was a Get Well occasion.  Also the card was not attached and my family was unsure who sent it -- nor did they receive the message (from a thousand miles away) that was meant to be included.  I was very disappointed, I would not use them again.  :(
