Woody's staff delivers poor service and there's never enough supplies on hand if you need anything sewn on or customized -- everything has to be ordered and it takes weeks to receive your purchase. To put it in perspective, I purchased items toward the end of November and it is now the end of January and I still don't have everything I paid for. You probably won't be contacted when your order is in, although they say they will call; you will have to hunt them down for your merchandise. The staff is a little pushy and they are pretty much only concerned with making sales as far as I can tell. The advice they give is not helpful especially when it comes to purchasing appropriate scrub sizes. The store is nice on the inside though (if you care about that kind of thing).

Amazing staff. They are always very helpful. Great prices on all our print and embroidery needs. High highly recommend them.
