My wife went there this morning for child care and no one was there and she asked for assistance and they said that they didn’t know what to do they gave her a phone number to call when she called them they didn’t know what to do either. I’m very disappointed with the service.

Never call during  peak  hours  65 minutes on hold other than that they have real good to me

I was really frustrated with the people in the Price office.  I couldn't get straight answers to basic questions about my unemployment claim.  I drove to the Provo office .  Got there right at 8.00 am.  I Talked to "Leo" about my problem.  He immediately started working with me and he answered all my questions.  On one issue, he called up to Salt Lake to find the answer.  He also provided me with some more resources to use to help me find employment.  He was courteous, professional and extremely helpful.

Good place with good service. They have a large office with plenty of equipment to use and are very helpful in showing you how to use things.
