These people change the rules to get more money out of you.  I often sent my sister to pay my monthly bill because of my work schedule.  She would use my check or her check.  They did not care.  But when I sent her to pay off the balance and she only had her check, they would not accept it.  Funny that if it was not paid that day, a new finance charge would be added to the total.   I, of course, left work to go pay it myself because I would not / will not give them another dime of my hard earned money.
