Wow Bao is a dynamic small footprint fast casual restaurant concept, specializing in noodle & rice bowls, pan-seared potstickers, fresh made salads, hearty soups, and our iconic Bao – steamed hot asian buns with a variety of savory and sweet fillings.
Steamed Bao—a favorite portable snack throughout Asia—has quickly addicted Chicagoans within striking distance of a Wow Bao, which features these meat-and-vegetable-filled “hot Asian buns.” Wow Bao’s quick-service menu also offers fresh Pad Thai salad, soups, and rice (or noodle) bowls topped with Teriyaki or Kung Pao chicken. Signature homemade ginger ale and Thai iced coffee is also available. Some locations offer potstickers and breakfast foods, and all have healthful and vegetarian options.
