I like how big their sites are and how they are laid out. The sites mainly have electric but you have to fill your water tanks as the sites don’t have individual water. The shower houses are plentiful so there is not a long walk. We travel with our horses for weeks at a time and a bonus for me is that they have laundry facilities at the park. Each site has picket poles for your horse or you can rent stalls in the barns. Lots of trails that are well marked and maps are easy to follow. Most of the trails are suitable for wagons or carts. The park is beautiful and is huge.

Love this campground just need to make it more simple to make reservations gets to complicated for some.

Nice area,big campground,needs more full hookups & water availability. Does have dump station as you leave at least.

Stayed for LBL Juvenile hunt. Worked out great for that. Staff were all nice and very accommodating. We weren't in the campground much but it seemed nice. FYI: no bicycles allowed.

It was my kids first trail ride ages 6 and 8, it ended up being highlight of our trip. Juliet was a great guide, really good with the kids. They have a great philosophy of taking in horses that need a home and giving them the care and exercise they need.
