I liked buying shoes here and have been a customer for almost 3yrs, the staff was very customer friendly and welcoming.

I bought a pair of shoes but after purchasing them; I noticed they weren't comfortable and I tried returning them but was told they looked worn after they first told me I could pick another pair and when I came back up with what I wanted. So I purchased my replacement pair. 

The associates made me feel awkward on my way out after hearing all their small giggly laughs and watching them eye me on my way out after purchasing my replacement pair.

If they just told me the shoes weren't returnable I would have been ok, but it felt as if I was being laughed at. I only wore the shoes for less than 5hrs hoping they just needed to be broken in with a mild walk on separate days and I didn't leave them dirty nor any creases. 

Now walking in I just feel watched and uncomfortable shopping. Future purchases I will probably only do online or elsewhere.

*Returns should be more privately handled and not shared among other associates, the security personnel just really ended it for me after noticing he was also part of the giggles. Train your staff to be more professional.

They have some nice shoes. The rewards program is a plus just wish they didn't have mall prices wish it was cheaper.

Shoes are cheap. Good brands and customer service  is good.  I like the place nice and clean.
