I’ve been going here for years and used to love it. Lately I’ve noticed a lot of turnover in staff and I’ve been a little annoyed with how my nails have turned out. The last two times were awful—didn’t listen to what I wanted; ruined my nails taking off those “healthy nails” that I hadn’t asked for in the first place; and an awful horror movie on the TV. I will not be going back.

Best place I’ve been to in Morgantown and I will definitely be going back. Staff was so friendly and they did amazing work!

I came in for French Tips. Seemingly simple enough. But the nails came out super thick and chunky, bubbles in them, and the woman hurt me on more than one occasion. There's nail polish all over my fingers, and I left feeling embarrassed since she spent a solid half hour talking about how jacked up my cuticles are. I just moved this week, thanks though. I won't be back. At least the nails look half decent, but not happy about having to clean them up myself. 

Also, looking at their price list, I'm wondering why I got charged $40 for acrylics. Not happy at all.

I went last Monday for the first time it's hard to find a good nail salon anymore. Very polite place was very clean. I had a question about tips so they got someone who spoke English she helped me very well and I thought she was going to do my nails cause she mad me feel comfortable. However a different lady did my nails and when I left and was almost home I noticed a crack on top of my first finger and it's broken off completely which made me mad considering I paid all that money and I then checked my other nails n two are crooked and one of my other ones doesn't even cover the whole nail on the side. I was really disappointed and when I called to let them know the lady on the phone acted like it was no big deal. I spent 40$ of hard earned money to get nice nails n I understand no such thing as perfect but I shouldn't have to continue walking around with nails like this either. Your work is what brings you more clientele but if people see how bad they are they won't wanna come give you their business. I hope this was just a one time issue. Sorry for the lengthy review I just updated my review to 5 stars cause I didn't want to give up on them cause of my first time there...I went back today and Tony redid them for me granted I had to pay full price but I can definitely say thanks to Tony it was with it. He is who I will schedule my fill ins n if I need a new set. Thank you Tony for such a fantastic job. Please ask for Tony if u want them done right!!!
