Spicy, Tingly, and awesome flavor. I usually go for my usual N1 Spicy Cumin Lamb Hand Pulled Noodles. Tender lamb, and the flavor is really spiced up. Recommended to have it soon since the noodles can go bad if they are not eaten within like 20 minutes. There usually is a long line outside for the food.

Man oh man! The food here is PACKED with flavor! They have a wide variety of noodles you can get, either dry or soup based, with different combinations of meats. I got to try the Spicy Cumin Lamb Noodles which I believe was numbered 'Ns1'. It was delicious! The noodles are soft and perfectly cooked, soaking in that spicy broth flavor. The lamb was a great consistency and texture. There were plenty of spices and garnishes such as green onions, cilantro, and peppers. I would say it was the perfect meal for cold winter nights in New York. The only downside for me is that this restaurant is extremely small. The seating arrangement is literally stools facing the wall. It's probably more of a dine and go type of deal where they don't want you staying for long. There is also no bathroom here as well...so for these reasons, I couldn't give this place a full 5 stars. Would definitely come back and enjoy the flavorful foods though! Summary: -GREAT flavorful foods -Extremely tiny restaurant with limited seating -NO bathrooms

The fresh noodle shape, taste and texture definitely have that handmade touch I was expecting. I ordered mine with Spicy Cumin Lamb. There is a chinese bistro back home in Long Beach, CA that I order cumin lamb at so it was nice to find that at different restaurant during my travel in NYC. My iced Jasmine Tea was also a good compliment to my meal but I wish it had refills. Great food for a quick walk-up order joint served on a disposable plate. Same quality of food I would expect from a sit down menu joint with real plates.

Fresh and flavorful noodles with lamb/beef at a decent price. A great pick for lunch or just a quick bite as takeout. But be warned: the small seating area can have you waiting quite some time for a seat.

I got the Spicy beef noodles soup NS2 and it was full of flavors. I also had the jasmine tea which was perfect with less sugar. Would definitely want to go back and try the cumin lamb version.
