Long lines at lunch rush but worth the wait. The staff moves line pretty fast. The food is so fresh and seasoned well. Great if you go before lunch rush or after it, not a lot of people can fit inside, so you will be standing outside during the rush. They accept credit and debit cards.

Fast food done right and healthily. For homey cooked foods with lots of veggie options, come here. Choose a base (rice, Farro, or salad), two sides (broccoli, cauliflower, Mac cheese, beets, sweet potatoes, kale, caramelized apples), and a protein (steak, charred chicken thigh, grilled chicken breast, fish, or tofu). Everything comes in a bowl. Choice of protein changes price of bowl.

The place is super tiny, maybe 10-15 people can fit inside so the line stretches out the door quite a bit during the lunch rush. They are pretty efficient though and the line moves quick. The food tastes fresh and is one of the healthier options in the area.

I’ve been to the location on Lex on the upper East Side side many times and I have had good experiences. There were MULTIPLE long hairs in the food they served me at the W. 55th Street location yesterday evening. It was disgusting and I will not be returning due to lack of cleanliness at this location. It also seemed way less organized and the customer service was terrible as compared to the UES location.

The food is delicious and well seasoned. There is typically a line at lunch but it moves very quickly and is worth the wait. The menu clearly states the dietary needs each item fits. I would suggest looking at it ahead of time so you can move right along. There are no tables so it's completely take out.
