I’ve been working out at the Xperience Fitness in Appleton off Wisconsin for about 7 years now. 
Their GM is a super genuine and friendly guy who is passionate about his gym and his clientele. He is continuously trying to improve the club and adapt to the needs of its members. 
I’ve become close with the personal trainers and employees of this gym. They are extremely knowledgeable and won’t hesitate to help you with any questions you may have when it comes to nutrition and fitness. 
I couldn’t ask for a better place to escape from the world and focus on my fitness.

Ive been a member for 14 months. I love the club.  The staff is very friendly and professional. Its a busy club full of energy and people of all ages who are serious about their workouts and still friendly. Its clean and  rarely do i see machines out of order. Ive belonged to 4 other health clubs in the fox valley and this one is by far the best.

They call too much. I gave a few referrals and they said the sales reps are annoying and won't take no for an answer. Great for business but bad for image. Sanitizing wipes and sprays look cheap and watered down. Bathrooms can use extra attention for the premium price we pay. Just a thought. I'd give it 5 stars if they these issues.

I have been coming to Xperience fitness for 3 years now. I had tried a ton of other gyms in the area and Xperience seemed like the best fit and it has. Trainers are fantastic and always willing to help if you have a question, they love their job and it shows. I’ll admit it does get busy at times. but that’s normal before and after regular work hours, people want to work out, and everyone has that idea. I had my leg amputated from injuries incurred during the military this last November. Having a staff that cares and helps is huge in my book and I won’t be going any where else.

I’ve been with xperience fitness for a couple months now. Their service is okay, equipment is okay, not AMAZING. One thing for sure, they’re not consistent with taking the $10 fee from your account. They don’t have a set date of when they’re going to take out the money. Then your fee doubles along with late fees and the result is a fat bill. They don’t tell you what your paying for too, so you have to contact them all the time. When I called the number they provided me it turned out to be a robot... (Probably because I called at 3pm in the afternoon, not sure) the robot was really confusing, so I hung up. I’m thinking about discontinuing my membership at this point. If Xperience is this frustrating now they’ll probably be worse in the future. I do not have time for this, it shouldn’t be this hard. It’s truly a pain ass.
