enjoy all group fitness classes no matter the workout, but Xtend Barre takes group fitness to a new level. At Xtend I feel like I get the most out of my membership. With the wide variety of classes they off (Suspend being my favorite) I can mix up my workout routine and there is always a class that fits my mood. I love that the teachers bring their personality into their classes and choose their own music and routines. Some of the teachers are calmer and help you focus on your body, others will be your strong motivator on the days you're surprised you even made it to class. The class variety and the teachers originality really make Xtend the best barre studio in Huntsville.

Xtend Barre is fabulous! They have a friendly environment, positive and encouraging instructors, and a new beautiful studio for all ages, body types, and abilities. I am in my 50's and have not regularly exercised since my twenties. I now have more energy and strength! I definitely recommend Xtend Barre.

Love this studio and the exercise program it provides. They offer a great variety of workouts in a beautiful new studio that is in a great location. I can't get over how quickly you will see results if you take classes regularly. Awesome instructors!

100% recommend! Great fitness studio with so much more to offer than just barre classes- circuit classes, TRX training, yoga, pilates, and more! Great for all ages and all body types! Men are even welcome! The staff is wonderful. I always leave feeling stronger and with a positive attitude. Check it out for yourself! 1st class is free!

Great workout and the BEST instructors, they really take the time to remember your name and get to know you! I always leave feeling very re-energized and accomplished.
