Stranded during holidays. Called at opening time on Jan 2. They were able to get me in,  determine and locate the correct part in stock, that according to the dealer was a "Special order part", direct me to the only guy in town that had the correct press to perform the unique bearing swap,  then got my drive line reinstalled by 2pm!  I would still be stuck there if it wasn't for Nathan and crew.  Thanks to Yakima Automotive, my wife and I are home in California! Amazing experience at fair price.... absolutely recommend.

I am extremely happy with YA, they have a great staff that is personable, polite, and really good communication. My engine needed extensive repair and they kept me informed regularly on progress. I was given options related to cost and longevity.  Forget about any other shops THIS is where you want to go!!

A huge shout out to the team at Yakima Automotive for checking out our car and fitting the "out of town people " into an already busy schedule after our car ran over something on the road. We were treated with kindness and integrity !  We appreciate all your help !! 5+ stars from us!!

They may not be the least expensive repair shop, but they won't do you wrong. They tell it like it is and warrantees all parts they sell.
