I have been to this restaurant just few times. First was weeks after they opened and couple of times when they re-opened since the pandemic. My initial impression that time was that they're good, impressive and have a lot of potential on sushi industry. Our last few visits however is that, I think they're still ok as far as for their sushi, tasted fresh and well presented and the really good thing is that, they offer 50% off on sushi so yes, it's well worth it. Other dish though is not quite that impressive. I mean, they are ok but I think they need to re-examine the quality. Some like their soup, salad, fish dish, noodles are somewhat dry and not well seasoned. The salad sometimes comes out a little watery and the dressing is kind of off. I'm really hoping they will look into this cause I think they have a good potential especially that their sushi are good. The servers are very nice and always on point in drinks refill and all that. One thing that I always notice though is that, the entrance is kind of weird where it says 'wait to be seated' where crews will just pass you by until you get their attention. Once you're seated though, they tend to be taking care of you. The place looks a bit dated or maybe just need to be maintained or needs some renovation to give it that welcoming and fun vibes. Overall, I'll give their Japanese dish a good high rank but their Chinese dish on a lower ranking. Hope that helps.
Got the sweet and sour chicken, crab dragons, california roll, and rainbow roll to go. The sweet and sour chicken was crunchy and delicious. I loved the sauce they provided. The crab ragoon was great and buttery. The california roll was okay but the rainbow roll was tender and I would definitely recommend. The wait was about 20 minutes long and the customer service was fantastic. Try this place out it's worth it!
I just love the sushi here, I go almost every Wednesday, the rainbow one is my favorite one, I recommend this place 100%. I also got some dessert and are good as well, clean space, good food and good service
Awesome food and service. Super fresh sashimi must try if you in the area!! Highly recommend
We've been coming here since they opened. They used to be so yummy and had great customer service. Post pandemic this place has gone down hill. Which makes me sad. Food wasn't great and we were practically ignored by our waitress. No drink refills, nothing. I had to flag her down for boxes and our check because she couldn't be bothered to come check in. The price raise doesn't really make the sushi 50% off, and the food wasn't as good as it used to be. For the money spent we could have gotten a much better quality meal amd service elsewhere.
I should have read the reviews better. The sweet and sour chicken is ok, but the sushi is awful. Will not be spending my money again at this location. I gave it 2 stars for the rice and chicken. The shrimp tempura is overcooked and different batter than the vegetables. It just was not good and wasted money as the sushi was thrown out. If I could get a refund I would.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a sushi restaurant. Every 5 minutes this ridiculously loud birthday rave song would go off, the sound was deafening. The food was bland and chewy. I also had the unfortunate experience of having to use their restroom. There was hair all over the toilet and bugs crawling everywhere. The stalls were so small I could barely fit on the toilet seat because the toilet paper holder was digging into my leg. $50 to not be able to eat anything. I will never set foot here again. Go a few miles down the road to ichiban is you want decent sushi. Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is not accessible at all, there isn't room for a chair or a walker to fit anywhere here, least of all the bathrooms. The accessible stall was nowhere near large enough to accomidate a wheelchair.
Food is not bad but if you ever want to eat on time don’t go there it used to be good service but every time I go with my family by the time they bring my food my family has been done with their food by 15 minutes I mean it’s not a one time thing it’s every time! One or the other So I guess my bad for keep going ! They don’t even try to fix their mistakes but rather argue with you! So they definitely lost a costumer!
My husband is obsessed with this place. He says it’s the best place in the area for great sushi that’s easy on the wallet. He’s ordered from here a handful of times and always gets 3 rolls per order, and he’s only not been a fan of 2 rolls. I can’t eat sushi, so I always get rice, noodles, or sweet and sour chicken. The udon is great, the shrimp fried rice is my favorite, and the sweet and sour chicken is my go-to when I want chicken.
They were really fast, and really friendly. Ill admit, I was worried seeing the outside but definitely dont judge based off the appearance. It's very warm and inviting once your inside. I'll definitely eat here again.
