Love their instructors as well as their program. If you haven't done Iyangar yoga, go during one of their free weeks and give it a try. I gained both flexibility and strength through the classes.

I like how knowledgeable my instructors are and how great I feel from these classes. The instructors really make a difference for me with their clear instruction, adjustments and kind support. I get so much physical and mental(calming) benefits from this studio.

As a yoga teacher, it is essential for me to continue to deepen and expand my practice, and I have found an exceptional resource at Yoga Northwest.  I find myself challenged, whether I attend a beginners class or an upper level class.  Every teacher I have encountered knows how to structure a class beautifully, balancing the individual needs of each student while creating a practice that is challenging yet appropriate for each person in the room.  The quality of teaching is top-notch, the specialty classes offered are diverse and relevant, the compassion and individualized attention are unparalleled.  

I began classes at Yoga Northwest with a hip injury, and have since healed and learned how to do the postures in a way that is safe and healthy for my hip and my entire body.  Each class is taught from the heart, and also from a precisely anatomical perspective, which makes these classes accessible for virtually anyone.  The YNW community is warm and welcoming.  This is the place to be, whether you are brand new to yoga or you are a seasoned practitioner like myself, looking to deepen and broaden your yoga practice.
