Only allowed to try one flavor, was only told this after asking to try a second flavor. Decided to take my business elsewhere, if I'm not allowed to try a flavor before committing to buying an entire cup.

So I tried they're new fruit teas today and noticed they also come with dead bugs and such, which is very disgusting and gross. I'd like to be refunded and compensated for the potential that I may have drank a few already.. this is quite unacceptable and inconsiderate make sure you guys try your new fruit teas topped with dead bugs at your local yoga berry . I am very disappointed!

Went to go get a pineapple ,strawberry shake. That's what I asked for and the only lady working there said "no" 2 times.Refused to make the shake that I already paid for. Then she added banana whice I am allergic to and when I asked for a refund . She threw my money back at me n left to the back to hide after other customers witness her horrible  attitude and behavior!!!RUDE RUDE AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service was extremely slow but other than that the workers were nice to the customers but lacked teamwork. The drinks we had gotten were great though just wished I didn't have to stand in line for about 10 minutes

We went in to order two bubble milk teas and the employee didn’t ask what size, if we wanted it blended, and if we wanted any fruit. On another note the Boba was also stale and there was a floating brown thing in my friends drink. Lastly, the employee was also wearing sandals with her toes hanging out, and the floor was covered in smashed fruit.

I have always loved Yogo Berry, but I'm pretty upset about getting all this ice at the end of my Mango Madness "smoothie" and Strawberry Banana "smoothie". Not really much of a smoothie if you ask me.

awful service. i usually enjoy going to yogo berry but today i went in and i got an ice cream and a boba tea. The boba tea tasted rotten. it didn’t look like the color it was supposed to either , so i asked if i can either switch it out or get refunded my money, the girl working there gave me attitude and declined service and said “ it’s not my problem it’s yours “ so me and my mother who was with me asked to speak to the manager, she didn’t even wanna get up and do her job her attitude was horrible.  she was wearing a black jacket and had glasses and kind of short hair  so since she was upset she asked us to leave, we did so and reported it to the security guard and then she tried to close the store. We couldn’t get her name they didn’t know it , one of the security guards were new. so couldn’t really get that much info.

Awful awful Customer Service, The boys working there were so rude, acted like they had better things to do with their time! Arrived at 745, as we walked in They said they closed at eight and denied us service on my Lil Boys Birthday! *****Update**** Second time Going to yogo berry in the mall, I will never ever go to this place until they hire proper staff, the cashier was sitting down in the corner on her phone and gave us a dirty look when we asked her if she could please serve us some ice cream, I ordered a boba tea, boba had an awful sour taste, I asked her if I could please exchange it, and she said no. I asked if I could have a refund and she said no, so I asked for a manager, she said I am the manager, so I told her I was calling district and she got irate and started screaming and called security and told all the customers not to go near me,  she even told me to get out of the store and she shut the gate , security was called but didn't do a thing. it was insane, not to mention my five year old was with me.

This place is not the same as it used to be the store is dirty, staff is rude and overall it's not worth the price.

I Tried to make a purchase and was told by the employee they only had yogurt to serve. The reason was that he was the only person working and he was closing. Mind you this is at 6:30 pm and the store doesn't close until 9:00 pm. Very disappointing could not believe the response and reasoning, understandable if we arrived 15 minutes before closing. I am sure the owner would be upset to know they are losing money.
