A great place to take the kids. My kids had a blast. 3 swimming pools are great for the summer. There is one that is indoor which was great for our winter trip. It's really close to Yosemite so you could get your national park chair on as soon as you wake up. 

I think most of the rooms have a view of the river. When we went in the winter the river was beautiful.

Nice hotel. Rooms have a kitchenette with everything you need to cook and eat. Bathroom has been remodeled, which is nice. Heater would need to be changed. Noisy, and doesn't stop when temperature has been reached.
Nice indoor pool.
Convenient store and gift shop.
Restaurant on site.

Great hotel that I've stayed at twice. The second time was even more improved compared to the first. Rooms are comfortable and come with small kitchen with electric range, sink, and refrigerator as well as microwave and toaster. Restroom came with a double shower head and jacuzzi tub. Great river views in many rooms just outside with a balcony. Hotel had a convenient small food section next to the gift shop with reasonable prices. The hotel itself is about a 10 minute drive right outside of Yosemite (entrance). Will probably always stay here everytime I visit Yosemite.

Before I comment on the hotel itself, I recommend to use the store in Yosemite village instead of the hotel's one. The rooms are clean, big and in a good shape. They contain a kitchenette and some equipment, more can be asked for at the reception. The restaurant, however, is awful... overcooked pasta and steak, amateur waiters. I recommend the pizza place or to cook in your room. For the location, prices and equipment this hotel is perfect. Only the food situation is bad... best recommendation: get food in the Yosemite village store.

I've stayed here 3 years in a row the week after Christmas. The rooms are clean and the rooms usually have 2 sources if heat. The little kitchenette has a stove, sink, coffee maker and sometimes a toaster. The bathroom showers have good pressure and plenty of hot water. Great view from the balcony. The hotel is pet friendly.
