Concerning the You fit Gym in the Village Lakes Shopping Center on SR54 in Lutz. I'm rating this particular gym at four out of five stars. The gym is always clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint is that there could be a little more space in the free weight and stretching areas. In addition the staff should be better equipped on how to properly use the machines and exercises performed on them.

Everyone is super sweet with the exception of one short little dude with super tight pants. He’s a real a**. Make me feel super unwelcomed and I have never done a thing to him.

Not very friendly, member for over 8 months, one day its 42 degrees outside and i walk in with long pants on, they tell me no i must wear work out shorts and therefore with a smirk, get out. Staff is not friendly and seem to have their favorites in the gym. Very indifferent to me and my wife who refuses to go back. Equipment is limited, weak, dirty and somewhat nonfunctional, not much there, my wife and i will soon be turning over to another gym. Don't waste your time and money here dirty, disrespectful, and small workout area, always a wait for what little they offer. Once informed staff about people spitting their tobacco all over the water fountain and was ignored, I guess that is acceptable behavior here.

Good Gym and it's a reasonable price every month. Plenty of workout machines available anytime you go lots of space most of the time. Only complaint is they need to keep up with putting in paper towels so you can keep wiping down the equipment once you're done but usually it's okay only happened a few times where they ran out. Would definality recommend this gym over Anytime Fitness any day. Hopefully they consider putting in more Youfit locations in Pasco county.
