Great place to take kids! It has four different play grounds! Many different sensory aspects on the newest playground. Has paths throughout the park that are great to walk or ride your bike. Fishing is available, although I'm not sure of the specifics. Lots of city activities throughout the year. New bathrooms and drinking fountains on both sides of the park.

The Young Park during the Renaissance weekend and it was spectacular. I was able to Volunteer at one of the Courts. This is a great beautiful Park that I would recommend for any family outing.

I went for the Renaissance Arts Festival. It's a nice little fair, but could use some fine tuning. I had fun tho, so that's a that matters.

My favorite park in Las cruces. Love the pond and ducks so calming.. very romantic. Lots of shading trees and picnic areas. Has a stage where people can perform. It's big enough to have multiple parties going on there. Good location for fairs. Volley ball Competitons and other activities can be done. Even a pond you can fish in with your fishing permit

Great park. It has A long large pond in it. Several playground sets including one for disabled kids. In November they have a Ren Fair as well as many other events through out the year.
