You will definetly enjoy yourself at this KOA! The employees are extremely helpful. The views from this campground are spectacular, over looking Las Cruces, NM. The sites are cleaned after each guest stay, to include the driveways and the grounds. There is a large dog run for your dogs to enjoy. Hope you have a great time like we had!

Office staff friendly. Easy in and out of site. Very nice concrete landing strips for jacks and leveling. Didn't use laundry or showers. Internet not consistent. Good for short stay.

customer service horrible! I realize and acknowledge there is a 10$ fee for cancelling. That is another story - how do you build business why you nickel and dime your guests - That being said as I have travelled many many many places around the country in a tent that if you give enough notice ( in my case 4 months) places will work with you to cancel with NO CHARGE. Why would you take 1/3 the tent fee for a nice person that had plans change. I had two other koas in the same area of AZ cancel with NO FEE because they realize plans change this far out. The worst part is the lady would not let me talk to the manager. She refused to help in any way. Its not the 10 dollars; its the principal. The non refusal to EVEN TRY to consider options is horrible. She kept telling me to call corporate - but corporate just tells to call the local office. The manager was sitting next to her but wouldn't talk to me! They kept trying to dish it off to corporate. In Silver City and Flagstaff KOA they were so kind, sympathetic and refunded the whole amount with no question. This world has so many bad things in it; us good people of the world try to make it better; being a jerk and hard lined is just contributing to the decay of our great country. #payitforward

Nice clean park and the shop actually had the salsa we were looking for! It would be nice to have a sign that all children must be watched in the pool area. Constantly felt like the life guard on duty. We have three kids, that’s enough to watch.

We had a not so good taste of a KOA in Shepardsville Kentucky. Cramped capacity on the sites. People burning trash in their campfires 10 feet from us. Crazed kids running all over while parents partied deep into the night and dirty washrooms. Flip forward to this year. Camping from Dayton Ohio to Tucson Arizona. All KOA's 100% the opposite. The best stays ever, super clean. Las Cruses is very well managed and a 5 Star campground.
