I would like to give a good credit to this store,why?because they helped me to find my phone in just today of October 6,2017,they tracked it and at the same time calling my husband using there phone,,I would like to thank you all the staff who opened up there phone for me to used it especially in the customer service,sorry we're in a hurry to meet the person who took my phone and forgot to take all your names..Godbless you all..

What a mess. This is one of those Kohl's stores that is an absolute disaster. Clearly poor management. The employees were doing more chatting with each other than working. The store is so disorganized. Impossible to find anything. No staff at the jewelry counter. Did I mention it was a mess?

I had an awesome visit ! Such great customer service. The manager was very helpful with my jewelry purchase, and Olivia was a tremendous and fun help with finding the right pants/leggings for a top I was wearing that night to a party. I was a retail manager for 20 years and truly appreciate when a store is well run like this.

Bought kids headphones and tried using them on a trip out of town only to find out headphone do not work. Lucky had receipt. Took product back for exchange with receipt in tow but alas no help. Proof of purchase did not matter. Becuz it what is called a premium product cannot exchange a defective product. Somehow I was supposed to guess at time of purchase product was defective.
