I brought my wedding ring in to be sized down. I specifically told them I did not want it polished because it had a brushed finish on it that I liked. 2 weeks later I go to pick it up and it's polished! I told her that it wasn't supposed to be polished, they ruined the finish that I paid to have put on it. She just stared at me not saying a word no sorry, no apology nothing. I then asked if they could fix it she replied "I can send it back, but it will take 3 weeks" This has happened to me TWICE with Zales. I will NEVER go back to any zales store. Their computer system must be complicated or outdated because they can never figure it out and Zales doesn't keep records for more than 10 years. The employees act like customers are an inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money at a store that actually cares.

It is the worst place ever to put your money on, i bought a wedding ring and sent it to polish twic in two month. She says " your body just re-act with the silver"!! The manegar refused to give me my money back. And she is not willing to help". If there is a less that one star i will give it. It is the worst decision i've ever taken.

Do not shop here, go anywhere else. They do not uphold to their warranties and try to find any loopholes possible. Terrible customer service as well. You'll have better luck at JCpenny's
