My now fiancé had purchased my engagement ring from the Zales at the South outlet center, he had a very quick and easy experience purchasing the ring. But getting the ring sized took 3 weeks. I got my ring back on a Monday and on a Wednesday morning I noticed a tiny diamond missing, knowing it was nowhere near my fault as I'm still adjusting to wearing a ring (having it for not even a full two days), I have taken it off doing pretty much anything that felt weird. We did open a credit line through Zales and got a lifetime warranty, so replacing the diamond is covered but our issue is it takes another 3 weeks to a month. I find that a bit ridiculous, not having my ring for 3 weeks already and then giving it up for another 3 weeks, possibly a month, Zales should really consider speeding up their process. We're extremely disappointed.

my wife's wedding ring had been stolen so we decided to go to this particular Zales to look for a replacement. the missing wedding ring was a terrible loss to my wife and I. Josie "helped" us out. i use the term "help" loosely as she was absolutely horrible. she made the experience absolutely terrible. her attitude was complete crap and she went out of her way to ensure we had the worst possible experience. the customer that was sitting next to us made a comment about how bad she was at her job and how poor her attitude was. we came into the store happy and upbeat thinking we might find the perfect replacement and left feeling depressed, sad and tired. on the way out i stopped to say goodbye to Josie and let her know that she didn't need to look any further for us. she completely ignored me. my wife and I will never go back to this store as our experience was unacceptable!!!
