Good stuff! But sizes are not real! Shoes are OK! Jeans so pretty but not for curved ladies. I'm size 10 in USA and the equivalent of this size it doesn't fit good...tops are gorgeous!! Very important DO NOT TRUST SIZES ON THE WEB PAGE..THEY ARE WRONG!!!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly but the many of the shoppers couldn't care less about leaving the place a mess. They have a total disrespect for the staff and the work they do. They rumage through items throwing them around, messing up recently folded clothes many times throwing items on the floor. If you don't go first thing in the morning it's a nightmare to shop there. The store looks like a hurricane has gone through. Because the clothes are affordable and the sales are very good you get a mix of people many of whom have no manners and education. Zara have attractive clothes that are well priced but like many friends, I hardly ever go because of this issue.

The place is packed most of the time, but the girls are super attentive and really try to help even though its crazy at the store! They gave me honest feedback about my choices and helped me make a decision

Clothing is always in current trends but horrible customer service. Dont expect to be greet or help
