Talk about customer service!  I chose Zeidler's from the online reviews and was not disappointed with the product or the service.  They went above and beyond even though the mistake was mine.

We ordered flowers for our wedding this weekend and they all turned out amazing. All the flowers were healthy and beautiful and all at a great price. Would highly recommend.

From my dad.... Very unhappy with the experience from zeidlers. Purchased a $50 rose arrangement for my wife for our anniversary. A few hours after receiving the roses, my wife noticed the glass vase was cracked and leaking water. The crack went across the front of most of the vase. I called zeidlers and they told me they would replace the arrangement free of charge. I went and picked up the arrangement and it looks as though it was thrown together in under 5 minutes. They could have offered to deliver the replacement arrangement as well but they did not. Very disappointed.

Update: the manager called and apologized numerous times and said the arrangement should have been delivered and credited some of my purchase which I appreciate.

I have been a long time customer of Zeidler's and always receive personal service and quality products at a fair price.  I primarily order online, and their ordering system is quick and easy, plus I earn reward points with each purchase.  Their delivery is always on time, and the driver is always professional and courteous.  Zeidler's is the best!
