The interior is quite outdated and homely but the services were awesome! The food was very good and presented well. The other people in our party has some issue in there room as well with some of the appliances not working correctly. I would recommend staying here.

Extremely awesome. Classy, Swiss feel to everything. Having spent two years in Italy and studied Swiss and German culture for 3 years in university, I loved this experience. Warm springs and ponds for the landscape, giving it a near springtime feeling in the dead of winter. Beautiful mountain backdrops provide the ultimate Swiss getaway at a very affordable and local price. Would recommend to anyone.

I honestly can not believe all the good reviews! I booked this hotel based on how highly it was rated. No one mentioned the strong smell of cow manure drifting through the grounds. It ruined our outdoor hot tub experience. There is a strict "one towel per person rule" for the pool. The rooms are old and outdated. The mattress was probably the worst I had slept on in the longest time (very hard and hurt my back-- and I never have back pain). The only saving grace was our nice meal at the restaurant with a lovely server. The hotel was very empty when we stayed there. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this hotel. Please stay in Park City.

There were a few minor issues with our stay- they switched rooms on us despite several pre-visit confirmations (once we got through to the manager they set it right but they had to bump another couple- maybe something needs to be fixed with their system), lots of weird smells in the hallway, very long wait for dinner, pretty cheesy design, very small kitchens not very well stocked. But over all still a positive experience! Fun little resort, clean rooms, DELICIOUS food, (the cheese fondue at the buffet is to die for) fun heated outdoor pools, and it is close to many activities. I don't think I'd stay over night with just a spouse(although I would come up again just for the food). It's perfect for families though!

Unique design with authentic furnishings and reasonable pricing made the visit very pleasant. Some specifics from our stay that could have been handled better: 1. No availability of shower cap on any of the 3 nights spent at Zermatt. 2. Cleaning crew not punctual with room on second day. We came back in the evening to find the room not attended to, and we needed to call for towels to be replaced after the cleaning crew had "finished".
