I had a breast augmentation and lift in 2011. I wasn't very knowledgeable about what to expect, the results or what could happen in the future. My implant ruptured and I was devastated. I knew that I was not going back to the last Dr because I felt like just another number there. I did some research and found Dr Crofts. I was very nervous and feeling embarrassed due to the ruptured implant but the way Dr Crofts and his staff have treated me alleviated all of that for me. I felt like they have known me for years. They all have gone to great lengths to help me me informed of the costs, the procedure and everything to ensure the best results and healing. As I prepared for my procedure, I was following Dr Crofts instructions and I kept thinking, the last Dr didn't have me do this. Dr Crofts truly cares about you as a person, as his patient and about you getting the best results. He cares that you're healthy, informed and happy with his work. Dr Crofts is the only plastic surgeon I will go to in the future. His staff is absolutely wonderful and made me feel like I'm a friend, not just a patient. Thank you all so very much.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extra clean and hygienic environment. There was a safe and peaceful feeling in the waiting and patient rooms. I didn't have to wait for more than five minutes either! Amanda is incredible and I'd recommend her any day! 😍

I highly reccomend Aesthetica Medical Spa! The spa and office is super nice and the staff is very friendly! I could not be happier with Dr. Crofts and his work. He is amazing at what he does. I will for sure be going back in the future for any other work I may need. I am very pleased with my experience with Aesthetica! 😊

Just had my first laser hair removal treatment with Katherine, she was fantastic!!! A total wizard with the laser. I expected it to hurt but I barely felt it, I could have fallen asleep 😴 The front desk is so friendly and nice. I was late for my appointment because I got a little lost and they were so nice about it and still got me right in! The office is beautiful and extremely clean. I'll keep you posted about my results but a very professional and knowledgeable staff. They take their time and customer service and satisfaction is their number one priority!! Excellent experience.

I worked with Katherine and she did an incredible job! I got a silkpeel done by her and it was great. My skin looks so good. Katherine was the best part of it, though! She listened to my concerns regarding my skin and made perfect and very knowledgeable reccomendations that I believe will help. You can tell she loves what she does and is very passionate about helping her clients. I would definitely recommend Katherine at aesthetic medical spa. She's the best!
