Usually helpful staff, although have had poor customer experiences here. Store is usually neat and clean. Some decent values.

Every time I go in here the staff is always different. I ask questions and the answer I get us “oh uh this is my second day. I’m not for sure “. Can’t find anything in this store and they are hugely expensive. I asked for help once and the paint guy grumbled “ I dunno over there somewhere. I’ve been there 3 times giving them a chance. I will not ever go back. Not sure how they stay in business. For a few more miles I’d rather go to menards

Live right by this Ace and visit often, as do my 5 children. Today I was troubled by the experience my son had there with his cashier, Monica. He first watched Monica belittle a customer, and literally count out lloud the number of items the guest had ?!? Not sure why the count mattered. Then my son was checking out and had Invisible Glass Cleaner, which Monica proceeded to pick up and state "Stoner, huh ?" My son said was like, "excuse me" and she repeated it...my son says "what does a clean window have to do with a stoner?" And Monica says, "oh nevermind" Not sure what issues Monica has, or why, I work in retail and a normal greeting is "How are you" or "did you find everything you need" ???? This behavior is unacceptable. Monica should wory about price checks and customer satisfaction, not item count and comments!
