Original review below.  Owner called and apologized.  Sent free wash passes.  Amazing response -- cares very much about customer satisfaction.   Good local business!

Did not get car clean. Politely asked for compensation. Was rudely offered rewash but line was very long. I didn't have time. I asked for refund.  Was offered a 3 day only gift certificate. I knew I could not use it so went through wash again anyway.  After second pass, car still not clean.  

Go anywhere else.  Expensive 7$ basic wash less effective than gas station wash.

This was a very nice car wash the only thing is the drying is lacking and had left water dripping down my suv, freezing on my side mirrors and other spots. A lot of people go here so the wait can be a little long but they have the lines well organized for best efficiency. Their pricing is not ridiculously expensive so that's also bonus!

Very happy with Zippy. I wish they had better drying. SOme of the complaints I see on here are just plain silly . A guy saying he spends $800 a year there and now avoids at all cost, tells me he is THAT customer. The one who thinks they should be put at the front of the line. 
Automatic car washes are what they are. This is aNOT a full service wash. They dont vacuum or towel dry or clean the inside of your car. If you need  that, there are place that do that. 
Those that complain about cost need to say where there is someplace that does a better job cheaper. The $12 premium allows you to get another free wash within three days.

Decent place. Monthly subscription is a good deal. It seems like they really take their time and spray down some cars but then others they basically spray them for 5 seconds and then walk away.

I purchased the membership which featured the highest detailed car wash you can get for about $37/mon. I did this for several months, and I absolutely loved how clean my car would look afterwards. Instead of paying a one time exorbant amount, the membership proved to be beyond cost-effective. The only reason I terminated my membership was because I’m moving. 

There is room for improvement at this business. The reason why I took a star off is because the employees need to work on their performance and friendliness. It wouldn’t hurt to have a positive attitude and smile while directing traffic. The bigger issue was the lack of effort exhibited in prepping my car. The workers need to do better in hosing the vehicle, removing the surface layers of dirt/snow from on top of my car, on the side, the windows, and in the crevasses of my tires before I go through the wash. If they did that, this would hands-down be a 5 Star place. Thank you Zippy!!

Update: to a recent comment someone else posted: there needs to be dryers blowing all around the car. The side mirrors are never dried once exiting the wash.
