Staff and car wash are usually great. Except I just had one bad experience today. A staff member was verbally upset at me. I went pass a cone that was suppose to be blocking an area. It wasn't blocking the area very well I guess. I said I didn't knocked it down & then apologized for not realizing why it was there. He continued to rudely talk to me as the replaced the come & walked back into the building . I informed the other staff member just before I entered the car wash. He said oh & laughed a little.

Amazing car, you need to pay for vacuum $1 each cycle. Matt washer is free. Reasonable options for car washing.

Good lo srion from my office and quick and clean washes every time! Even has a reasonable monthly program with once a day, every day washes.

Absolutely the best. $20 month unlimited washes (1 a day) and it's completely automated. Never had a single issue. Please, Please, Please come to Howell, MI!
I moved to Howell and none of car washes out here compare to Futuristic!

Not very futuristic. Doesn't seem to be maintained well. Smells incredibly bad.
