Every time I've used this dump it's been one problem after another! When I bring it up they start with the whining and excuss! I don't expect it to be detailed but for $22 (their most expensive nondetail option) I certainly think it's fair to have it wiped down and vacuumed properly!!! There was dirt and debris everywhere on the doors and carpets! The outside looked like someone pointed a hose at it without any scrubbing even! I would never take my car here but my girlfriend talked me into bringing in her truck. Should have talked her out of it. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!! THE WORST CAR WASH EVER (AND IVE LIVED IN 6 STATES)!!!!!!

Brought the car in and finally got it back 45 minutes later. And the interior cleaning we paid extra for wasn't completed.  Apparently, they have equipment problems and seem shorthanded as well.. This should have be divulged to me before I got in a line I couldn't get out of.  Guy behind the counter said there was a signs posted on the door.  But of course, by time you get to that door you're already stuck. No apologies from them...just an arrogant "gotcha" attitude.  Won't be going back.,

Terrible, with over an hour wait.  The staff don’t seem interested in trying to do their job well, quickly, or efficiently. Will never be back.

I happen to be in line waiting to enter the car wash, and a lady starts screaming for every one to back up. She then begins to yell at the older gentleman in front of me saying, “stupid a*s fu*%^ng people back the fu$@ up!” I won’t be coming here again. In fact, this is happens to be the second time I’ve witnessed poor customer service from the people working outside. We all have have choices. If you don’t enjoy your job or enjoy being in the cold, make a change.

On top of it all, this is the second time I’ve paid for the deluxe exterior wash, and the undercarriage never got sprayed. Must be down.
