Came here because of the good reviews and will not be returning. The ordering process was painful. The woman at the register was in a daze and not paying any attention. We had to repeat our order at least 3 times because she didn't care to listen. 

My husband was brought his hummus and then what seemed like forever after that he received his main meal. It was ice cold and far from fresh. When we mentioned our food not coming out at the same time the guy who worked there said "true dat" and walked away. My husband took his food in to complain about it being cold and they scraped it into separate bowls and microwaved it instead of making something fresh and hot. 

Finally they brought my steak stack out at least 10 minutes after his cold food. it was a disgusting soggy, greasy mess. They made my sandwich like a melt then tore it open and threw a giant ice cold tomato in the center of my hot, soggy sandwich. Lentil soup was decent but nothing to brag about.

We also each ordered their famous "fresh squeezed" limeade which was gross and far from fresh. We have tasted fresh and this was not it. 

Will not return. Bad service, slow (even though the place was empty), and poor food quality decisions. Completely unappetizing.

Great customer service. The person ordering in front of us was taking a few minutes so the manager came out passing out menus and talking to us about the menu. He informed us that they don't us any sort of nut products which was good to hear since my mom is allergic. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our order was brought out correctly and hot. We definitely will be back!

The first problem is I said I wanted to join the rewards program and wasn't told until my order was rung up since I had not signed up beforehand, there was no way to get the points. I picked up the Yaya's chocolate cake, an ice tea, and I also ordered a grain and bean salad to go. On the patio I noticed a couple's food had an odd smell. The take out salad smelled the same way in the car- a really strong odor. I was afraid to try it! The next day I opened it up and tasted the grain and spat it out. It had an "off" taste. That will be going in the trash. The texture of the cake was excellent.The flavor was alright. The icing had cloying sweetness and was gritty like sand, I think from unmelted sugar. No way the cake was worth 600 calories. The tea did not have that brisk Texas flavor we all know and love. All the outdoor table tops were dirty. They were dead leaves and plenty of bird droppings on the patio floor. I just don't get this place getting a higher rating than Kerbey Lane, which has great chocolate cake and a clean patio.

I have no idea how this place has good reviews. Just my wife and I and the food came out at three different times. It was cold, I had to have them microwave it, they didn't offer to remake it they literally microwaved it. Service was slow and giving my order was painful. What kind of self respecting "Mediterranean" restaurant doesn't have falafel. Ridiculous. Also their pita is trash and they barely give you any, it might as well be a fried tortilla.
