This location always has friendly staff and pretty quick service. They take good care of the facility, keeping it clean and refilling stuff as it empties. And of course, the food is great! Try it protein style for a delicious alternative to the bun!

We looked forward to our first taste of In n Out on our drive all the way from Missouri! I ordered my cheeseburger animal style (mustard cooked into it on the grill), hubby had his all the way, and daughter had hers plain. All the burgers were fabulous and perfect, exactly as we had envisioned them. The fries however, (we had two orders to share around) were over cooked and crunchy. The flavor was lost in the burned texture. When we asked for replacements, we got excuses about "because we use fresh potatoes, they often look different." We explained that it wasn't what they looked like that was the problem...it was what they TASTED like. Even when Angelo  (the manager)brought out the new fries, he made a huge deal about how they had to pull them early, before they were quite cooked, and that fresh potatoes would look different. Oh well... we'll remember to try a different location next time we're in Austin. :-/

I always love coming to In N Out! The staff is always super friendly, there is never a problem with cleanliness, even when its busy! And I like the food. I think that they might have changed their recipe a bit because I remember the patties being thicker just last year, and now they are really thin. My family and I still eat there because it is simple and good.

Im always happy with the service i get from these restaurants. Very friendly service, great food, and good atmosphere. There sweet tea isn't half bad either.

Burgers here are easily one of the best in Austin considering the cost. Fries were not great though. We had taken the animal fries with cheese and onions.
Staff was friendly.
