Was going to this spot every other month just for a regular cleaning and my divers side mirror was knocked out. A friends car was also scratched after he got it detailed and they swore it wasn't them.Complained to the manager about it and he didn't wanna help out at all, after all the business I brought to this place. I told other's stay clear of this place.

After visiting numerous other car washes in the city with terrible experiences, from scratched surface to overcharged service, I have come to the conclusion that Zoom Car Spa would be the ONLY car was I will be taking my car to from now on.

In my opinion Zoom Car Spa is the best dang car wash in the borough, if not the entire city! I mean where else can you get a full service with staffs that are cool and motivated to do their jobs vacuuming and polishing your interiors, followed by an indoor machine wash including Rain-X and waxing, and even includes polishing the wheels...all under $15 dollars?

After all the other bad experiences with other car washes (in which I happened to pay even more for), I am coming here EVERYTIME, no matter how close I am to other places! Thanks Zoom Car Spa!!!
