I've tried them 3 times. First time the doctor didn't say what he was going to do and just injected an abscess I had. When I left in a hurry, because that is not what I wanted them to do, they still charged me. The second time I made an appointment to follow up after a workers injury. Specifically at this location at a specific time so I could resume work. When I showed up they said I had to go 20 miles away in 2 hours. Today, I made an appointment over the web app at 3 am. After I checked that my insurance would be accepted. They even asked for my insurance on the web site and said it was good to go. On arival at 7:45 I was told that they actually don't accept it. I'm wondering if they're going to try and charge me a cancellation fee. Wouldn't surprise me.

I'm really really impressed by the care and service I received through Zoom+Care today! After having some gnarly stomach issues, and remembering that my sister had good experiences with Zoom+Care, I gave them a call. I got an appointment that morning and arrived early. The woman working at the front desk greeted me in a really friendly and kind manner and offered tea. Oh, did I mention they have an awesome tea collection? Because they do. Additionally, the PA that saw me was awesome. He asked all of the right questions, wasn't dismissive or impatient, and genuinely wanted to see what was going on for me. He made sure that I received any and all necessary tests and even made sure to make me feel better when I was crying from the discomfort. Awesome dude. Seriously. My last medical experience back in Eugene was a doctor looking visibly uncomfortable by my emotional self. So to have a PA that was calm, assuring, and kind was awesome. After the appointment itself, I had to have an in-house procedure, and the woman helping me with that was awesome, pleasant, and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. Additionally, after all of that and having some issues with scheduling the outpatient procedures, the receptionist was an incredible advocate for me and ensured that I got scheduled in another office the same day. Other than just being awesome human beings, they're very transparent about their billing procedures and anything pertaining to my medical care. They even gave a detailed receipt to give to my insurance, which is a huge asset and it cut out a lot of hassle for me. All in all, I would be more than happy to continue my medical care with Zoom+Care!

I took my 11yr old Son to see pediatrician Dr. Mark Banks. Scheduling was easy, and we were seen on time. Dr. Banks is a great listener. He didn't have a doctor ego; instead he listened to me patiently and respectfully as a parent. Even though I am not a doctor myself, I felt certain that I knew the correct treatment for my son. After listening to me and our family history, Dr. Banks ultimately allowed my son to receive the treatment that I was requesting. It was very refreshing to have a doctor really listen to me. The result of this treatment has been life-changing, as my son is doing fantastic now. Needless to say, we will be back, and I highly recommend Dr. Banks for pediatrics. I basically never take the time to write reviews, so that fact that I am is really saying a lot.

Experience was perfect. Easy to register online, make an appointment, and quick in and out. The receptionist was cheerful, efficient, and friendly. Cameron Steineckert, PA-C, was outstanding! 5 stars all the way. My wife returned the next morning to be seen by him as well. We both highly recommend him.

I was at Zoom+Care Bridgeport twice last week and received the best care from the ND and PA-C and the folks at the front desk (sorry I don't remember all the names but I was in intense pain). Thank you SO much!
