Amazing little museum full of spectacular fossils, minerals and petrified wood. So many wonderful items. What an amazing donation from the Zuhl family. Just outstanding. I would definitely go back and take my friends, and recommend it to everyone I know. One suggestions for the museum: Please label eveything completely. There is a sheet that lists information about the petrified wood, however, there are many beautiful spheres that aren't labeled. Improving the labeling of the items would definitely improve visitors' understanding and the entire experience.

Great collection of petrified wood and other fossils. Unfortunately, the samples are not labeled correctly. Mineral samples are missing chemical formulas, and fossilized woods are missing species data. Until this is corrected, this place is just a gallery, not a proper museum. The benefactor, Herbert Zuhl, is a nice guy and has had an interesting, storied life.
