We expected our pod to be delivered on 9/1. It is now 9/3 and we have not received a return phone call or response from emails sent. Not only is our belongings in the pod but the movers we scheduled to unload it are not available next week. My husband has a back injury and I am at this point not sure when/if we get our stuff how it will be unloaded. This inexcusable. Do not use this company.

No one's on the same page. When dropped off the guy told me it didn't matter if I went over weight because he has picked them up 2000 pound sovereign weight before just make sure to even it out. When called to pick up the guy refused to pick it up because it was over weight told me if I were doing a local move it would be OK but it's not ok for long distance. Makes no sense why one would be OK but the other not. Then left so fast that he left the straps on it. Called to let them know what happened and was told I'd get a call back in a few minutes so they could rectify the situation and 2 hours later still no call....

That will be extra. Where to begin with this Franchise. So you get a free quote online or over the phone, but there are all these missing fees that they don't tell you about. For example; their admin fees and extra fees end up being about an extra $100 from the quote they provide you. You want a specific day? That'll be $50. You want a specific FRAME time, that will be an extra $50. All in all, renting the 16' unit runs about $500 for them to deliver, move, and pick up. If you keep them an extra month, you need to add an additional few hundred dollars to that amount. You're better off renting a moving truck for a few days, you'll get more space at a lower price.
