I just used Rocket Movers today and they (Tanner and Bobby) did a fantastic job! They moved and packed everything safely and in a very efficient manner. I am very happy with their service and I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service. Moved some heavy stuff from a storage unit with ease - these guys know what they're doing and do it with a smile!! Highly recommended!

After scheduling a move unloading appointment with another nationwide company, I called Rocket Movers to see if they could come load up a truck that I planned to drive to Austin. The other company did not come up to the city I was moving from so I was hoping to partner with Rocket Movers. Quick into the conversation, Mr. Engleman let me know his company would be able to do the moving job with both cities! The move date worked perfectly on their end, pricing was very affordable, and the amount of stuff I had wasn't a problem. On moving day, Turner and Marcus, the company staff, were both efficient, very polite, patient and pleasant to talk to. Mr. Engleman also checked in before and after the jobs to make sure all went smoothly. And I was beyond appreciative to say yes. This was the first time I've been able to afford movers and when the time comes to move again, I plan to use this company!

I hired Ticket Rocket movers to move my home into storage while our home was being built. They broke my dryer. The first attempt they had it on a doly and it rolled off the side denting the left side in. The mover then decided to pick it up himself and put it in the truck. He grabbed it around the control panel and it ripped off. 

This is bad enough. But when I called the owner he argued with me and said his guys said it was fine and still in working order. It was clearly not. They finally gave in and gave me a ridiculously small amount of my bill for a nice, new dryer. I was not pleased. They could have cared less.

We will not be using them again to move into our new home.. I suggest you find someone else too.
