We live in Steiner and only needed someone to move furniture from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor.  The Copper Palm Movers were so helpful.  They had a minimum of two hours so the guys helped me unpack, we just remodeled our kitchen so everything was in boxes.  The were quick, helpful and super nice.  A big shout out to Nsue and Anthony for their great work.  This is the second time I have used them and they are great every time.

They did a fantastic job! We bought a living social deal for two hours and they moved the whole apartment in two hours with some help. Gerard and Ryan were super professional experienced at what they had a plan for get everything out and did it quickly! I would definitely use them again! Thanks for the help guys!

I hired Copper Palm Moving for my move after seeing a special on Living Social. On the day of the move the movers were more than 15 minutes late. Two hours later after loading from my old apartment we proceed to the new apartment. One hour later the unload was complete. Two days following I have clothes to wash and use my washer with no problem. I go to place my clothing in the dryer and the dryer is not working. I unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in and tried again, still not working. My dryer was working just fine at my old apartment so I contacted Copper Palm to file a claim. The first lady I spoke with, Maddie, stated there was nothing they could do and I could not file a claim. After some time she finally transferred me a man who said he was in charge of claims. He then stated because it has been a few days they don't know what I could have done to the dryer in that time which made no sense as the dryer was taken from one laundry room and placed in another laundry room and at 120lbs I am not able to move it anywhere myself. He then proceed to say that I can't file a claim for an electrical issue, I stated that I was unsure why it was not working and that it was working just fine for 12 months at my old apartment. He continued to come up with different excuses as to why they would not allow me to file a claim for my now non-working dryer. He finally hung up the phone on me when I kept asking for him to stop being un-helpful and ridiculously vague. My Whirlpool dryer will cost a lot to replace and the staff at Copper Palm damaged my dryer and refuse to assist in finding a solution in assisting in replacing my dryer or repairing it.

I used Copper Palm Moving last year when I re-located from South Austin to North Austin. Remson and Chris were not only fast, efficient, and careful, they were also very professional and courteous.  It looks as though I will soon be moving to Plano and I will definitely be reaching out to them again when the time comes!
